Dorothy Bradley was the youngest woman ever elected to the state legislature when she won a seat in 1971, at the age of 23. Twenty-one years later, she would become the first woman to run for governor, narrowly losing to Marc Racicot in the 1992 election.
Dorothy has a lot to say about the role of women in Montana politics, the progressive history of environmental issues in our state, and the influx of outsiders running for office.
